House in Basovizza Street

The aim here was the drafting of the project and the subsequent direction of works for a residential four-story house. The location of the site is near the University of Trieste, an area characterized by a wooded area that descends from the ridge of mount Ermada to the slopes which the building embraces and gives a stunning view of the city and Parco del Ferdinandeo. The project is characterized by a sober composition and by a rational organization of the apartment plans. These elements alleviate the irregular, narrow and long shape of the buildable area of the lot, an area that from above is limited by the slopes, and from below is limited by the setback line from the road as imposed by the urban planning regulations.
